My Goals:
Small goal: To lose 15 pounds before my birthday in April.

My Program:
 I am going to walk at least 20 minutes a day and keep track of my food and exercise on Sparkpages. I am going to keep in touch with some of my spark pals to help me stay on track


Personal Information:
My name is Barbara, I live in KY. I am very much in love with my husband and am so grateful for the life that God has blessed me with. I have been in recovery in AA for over 23 years. Now I want to beat the addiction of overeating!

Other Information:
 I have 4 beautiful grandchildren and 3 beautiful kids. I am a step mom but I love being a almost like a mom. And I REALLY love being a Bar Bar (that is what my grandkids call me)
