    Good morning, thanks for your support on my blog this morning. I am trying to get to that point as well. My thoughts are all so intertwined into calories, foods, counting. I am trying really hard to break free. I am proud to say that in the past 10 days I only went back and counted my calories that one day. I am also eating foods that in the past I deprived myself of (even though they are healthy) because they were too high in calories. I am using a fat at every meal, something I never did in the past. I know how you feel about those feelings of guilt. It is a hard thing to overcome, but each day we move one day closer since we aren't giving up! Have a spectacular day!

    I am sooooo trying that. I liked the acorn squash, but wanted to add some brown sugar to it. I think adding the saute to it will give it more flavor. I am also going to try butternut squash this week. Yesterday for lunch I took the squash and tried pan frying it in a little coconut oil (the acorn) and still wanted brown sugar with it. I used to think I needed brown sugar with sweet potatoes, but I have found that untrue as well, so maybe I Just need an acquired taste. I hope you have a great day!

    It is nothing but hills in Pittsburgh! I am going to do outside runs at the middle/high school campus. It's fairly flat, plus I can lap the track a few times. I can't seem to grasp running & watching TV, lol! Not coordinated enough!!

    Good luck with your 7 this week! You'll do great! I was suppose to do 7 last weekend but I got the flu! So I skipped 7 & went to 8. My race is getting close! Now I just want some nicer weather so I can run outside! 8 miles on the TM was boring!

    Thanks for sharing your experience with Paleo with me. I am reading the reintroductions part of the It Begins with Food now. I am sure that I can't be as strict as some people I see are, but I am thinking there are so many benefits that I can take from this and apply them. I am thinking I will be 90/10 Paleo and maybe even more on the primal stage, but I do like how I feel on the Whole30 so far, we will see what happens in time. Thanks again! have a great day!
