Well i'm completly new to Sparkpeople and quite excited
A very good friend of mine has lost a little over 200 pounds with sparkpeople and still losing so it was very inpirational and i though i would take my chance with it

I have alot of big dreams that i plan to achieve. :)
i'm very self motivated
And i really hope that i'm able to make alot fitness friends

Morning Workout:
Walking/running on the treadmill for about 30 minutes
i'll to C25K one day and then on the days i dont run i walk at 2.5 at 15% incline (grent for that butt!)
Then 30 minutes of yoga to calm me and make me have a wonderful day

Evening Workout:
I try to make my evening workout fun as possible so i usually opt for an exercise dvd or circuit training
Also at nights is when i do strength on the days i'm scheduled to do them
So about 40 minutes of cardio and then 30-60 minutes of strength
And another 30 minutes of yoga to wind it all down

My Goals:
Short Term goals:
-Work out at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes
- Eat at least one healthy meal a day
- Say at least 2 nice things about my body a day
- Drop 1 pound this week

Long Term goals:

- get to my Goal weight
- Be in the best shape of my life
- have strong tone legs and arms
- be able to run a mile in under 8 minutes
- fit into that cute bikini
- Look good and be healthy
-Be able to do 1 set of 10 full form pushups


New Years Resolutions for 09'!:
I want to accomplish all of the following before 09 ends
-Run my first 5k
-Run my first 10k
-Do full form pushups (not modified or "women pushups")
- Be able to do The Crane pose in yoga
- Be able to see definition in my abs!


My Program:
I have full program that i love
Cardio 5-6 times a week (it relieves my stress and it makes me feel good about my self)
Right now i'm doing the Couch to 5K program Monday,Wednesday,Friday
And on the the days i'm not running i like to do a little kickboxing or aerobics.
I try to get in about 30-60 minutes of cardio in each session

Strength Training 2-3 times a week
I do my strength training Tuesdays and Thursdays (weights) And a pilates for strength Saturday
My Strength plan is still pretty easy since i'm working on building up my muscles and getting tone Buti plan on getting really into my strength routines as my experience increases

Yoga 4-7 times a week I absolutely love yoga in the mornings it makes me feel so energized and calm throughout my day so i try to fit a good 20-30 minutes in every morning after about 15-20 minutes of cardio
