I am a 41 year old that has had diabetes for about 8 years, and have never really gotten serious about it. On Wedneday (1/16/08)my doc put me on high blood pressure meds, now I am serious about losing this. I need some help and don't want a 'diet".

I would like to weigh in at 170 by July.

 Cutting back on my foods and drinking more water.

    Cash is always a major factor with our cars too. we just work on them a little at a time as we have a little extra cash saved up to do so! Yours will get there soon... Just takes time, and make it well worth the wait when you take your time.
