God Bless you - I will be praying for you on your journey. What works for me is setting smaller goals on my way to my final goal. I start off with wanting to lose 10% of my current weight. When I get there I will then set my goal to 10% of that current weight and so on and so forth. It is much easier and more realistic for ME to say I want to lose 23 pounds rather than 73lbs. Thank you for adding me to your friends list....you and I have more than you know in common...I will be there to offer an arm to hold on to, a shoulder to cry on or an ear to laugh in...this is a great site with lots of support and guidance. I have not been a member very long but SP has gotten me motivated again and going in the right direction. I was lagging and not moving but I feel that life is good again. I am available in the Burlington area to meet in person if you need need an extra "someone really understands me" hour or two or more. 4452 days ago
