Determined Redhead Ready to Get in Shape!


Hi! My name is Becky and I am a single mom from Rhode Island. I have done this diet thing a million times as I am sure most of us have, but right now I am at the heaviest I have been :(
I have lost the weight before, and I know I can do it again. I think Sparkpeople has just what I need- a great network of people to support each other and help each other get through their struggles. I hope that 2007 will be the year for me!

My Goals:
I hope to lose weight and get strong and healthy for 2007. I want people to be able to see my inner diva that I know is in there!!

My Program:
 Diet but mostly exercise. It is KEY to my weight loss. Once I hit my 30s- there went the metabolism! :((

    What a beauty you are! I feel for your weight struggles, I'm right here beside you. I as well can relate to the single parent issues that will make this journey tougher. I was a single parent for 14 yrs with my daughter that is now going to be 23 this year (I always say she was my grade 11 science project) Keep your chin up because being healthy is the best gift you can give your children.
