Fitness Minutes: 3,919

My Goals:
#1-Eat healthy.
#2-Exercise regular.
#3-lose 130lbs.
#4-Most important remind myself everyday that I love myself enough to make this change for the better!!
#5-Try to be positive about any situation.

My Program:
 Eat every 2-3 hours.
Exercise at least 20 minutes a day (cardio/ weight lifting/ yoga).
Drink lots of water.
