Hi! I am mommy to the 4 most important people in my life. My goal is to lose about 40-50 lbs and gain lots of energy to keep up with my busy schedule. I love all things Disney!
I've tried many different diets and plans and programs to lose weight and have learned how to manipulate all of them.
I am trying Atkins by the book including exercise because I am sensitive to carbohydrates.
Learning to cook low carb for myself and my husband who is a type 1 ...
