One step at a time
Hi.
I'm a preschool teacher and mother of five. Somewhere along the way I stopped taking care of myself, but it's time to get back on track for myself so I can be there for the special people in my life.

My Goals:
Do cardio at least 4 times per week--walking outside, Wii Walk It Out, or dancing.
Do strength training 6 out of 7 days each week.
Weigh under 150 by Jan 10, 2012.
My Program:
I have been doing the New You Bootcamp and increasing my fruit and vegetable intake to replace processed foods.
I have joined the Holiday Maintenance Challege. My additional goals include getting at least 7 hours of sleep 5 nights week, eating 25 grams of fiber each day, & walking 1000 additional steps each day.
