Introduction Text Hello all I'mTracey, A married mother of two. My weight has always been a henderance in my life. However, I think that I have finally figured out how to overcome this problem head on. I don't just want to lose weight, but be a healthier person. To look better feel better and to be there for my kids, husband and family always. Put GOD first in all that you do and you cannot fail.

Overall my goal is to get to a comfortable weight that I feel and look good at. Renew my eating habits. Make physical activity apart of my day, everyday.

Following the guide lines set by Dr. Ian Smith in his 4 Day Diet, which includes exercise. (Exercise is not an option neither is eating better daily) Its the only way to change who I am forever.

I am from a small town in Alabama, born and raised and loving it. Raising two growing kids with hubby. Hard working and God fearing. Knowing that with him all things are indeed possible.

I think sparks is a great place for me, I need all the motivation I can get. You can probably tell from all the teams I have racked up.
