Thank you for the encouragement! You're probably right about 1200 being too restrictive for now. I certainly don't want to binge and I feel starving hungry right now (even though I must have eaten over 3500 calories yesterday!) I'm going to try for 1200, but if I need a bowl of soup afterward, I'll eat it. I just want to try to detox from that last binge ; ) 3379 days ago
