    Have you ever considered taking a 5% weight loss challenge? The Fall Challenge is closed and about to begin, but there will be a 5% Winter Challenge. It is an 8 week challenge and you can choose your team (according to your situation/interests) and work together to make new healthy habits and lose 5% of your starting weight. We have a ball! We "fly" to a new destination every week and each exercise minute = 1 mile.


    You must join the 5% Challenge Community and then choose a team from the list and descriptions on the site, but be sure to post early so you can get the team you want.

    Looking forward to hopefully seeing you there in the Winter Challenge!
