I am into my senior years, a stage 4 Lymphoma survivor, and embrace all that is good or challenging about life.

I do best with reaching my personal health goals when I am part of a community of like minded and supportive folks.

So here we are, ready , as a group, to stagger onward, try again, don't stop moving and rejoice. ,

My Goals:
Fitness, weight loss, stamina.






Goals for fall challenge 2020

1. Exercise, (walk, hike, garden, bike) 5 days a week.
2. resistance exercise 1-2 day a week.
3. Record exercise each time.
4. Track calories daily when I get off track..
5. Spend time reading spiritual, motivational writing.
6. Visit the hiking trails near my home at least weekly when the trails are not ice covered.
7. Visit my Spark Pages every day.

Strive every day to be healthy, physically and spiritually.

Move through setbacks. Don't allow depression or inertia to interfere with moving forward.

Stay positive, focused, and 'present."
Keep moving toward the light. Don't give up.


My Program:
Tracking calories when I start getting off track. Walk, hike, garden or bike 4- 5 times a week at least. Lots of ice and snow where I live so I retreat to a gym when it is too miserable to be out of doors.

Deal with setbacks positively. .embrace the setbacks and stay positive. Be mindful. Keep moving.

Value the support of friends.



Personal Information:
Retired teacher, and Registered Nurse. Married Live in a small resort, college town. It' a nice place. I embrace life and love being around people


Other Information:
I am a small scaled accidental gardener. I love hiking and , biking, Listening to podcasts, especially true crime genre, and , reading all types of literature. I keep pretty busy with volunteer work. I have been known to visit with friends at a local brew pub ( not too often).
