Fitness Minutes: 94,582

My Goals:
Fitness, weight loss, increase in stamina.

Goals for fall challenge 2020

1. Exercise, (walk, hike, garden, bike) 5 days a week.
2. resistance exercise 1-2 day a week.
3. Record exercise each time.
4. Track calories daily when I get off track..
5. Spend time reading spiritual, motivational writing.
6. Visit the hiking trails near my home at least weekly when the trails are not ice covered.
7. Visit my Spark Pages every day.

Strive every day to be healthy, physically and spiritually.

Move through setbacks. Don't allow depression or inertia to interfere with moving forward.

Stay positive, focused, and 'present."
Keep moving toward the light. Don't give up.

My Program:
Tracking calories when I start getting off track. Walk, hike, garden or bike 4- 5 times a week at least. Lots of ice and snow where I live but our downtown has a snow melt system with 5 miles of dry sidewalks all winter.

Deal with setbacks positively. .embrace the setbacks and stay positive. Be mindful. Keep moving.

Value the support of friends.

Personal Information:
Retired teacher, and Registered Nurse. 10 years as an ER / Trauma Nurse. Diabetes Education for many years , then taught in a Career Tech Center. Married, Live in a small resort, college town. It' a nice place. I embrace life and love being around people

Other Information:
I am a small scale accidental gardener. Not very good at it. . I love hiking and , biking, Listening to podcasts, , and , reading all types of literature. I keep pretty busy with volunteer work. I have been known to visit with friends at a local brew pub. Not so patiently waiting for the COVID pandemic to ease.

I am so happy for you---and just had to add you for a friend! .. Loved hearing about you are grateful every day, and take the time time call friends and others. That is the best we can do with our time .... is let others know how much they matter. (Tomorrow I will be posting a blog on "The Love of Animals" or prevent cruelty to animals. I would be honored on animals everywhere, big and small if you would care to read. Thanks again!
