Introduction Text I am hoping that this will help me figure out how to take control of my health. I have had many road blocks the last few months and simply no longer know what to do. I am hoping to keep attempting to be positive and finally become the healthy and happy person I want to be.

To become Healthy. That is my top goal. I want to fit my dress by August this year, I want to feel good and know I am living for the first time in my life.

I don't have one so much. I try to drink my water and choose healthy things to eat but...not always.. weakness sucks...hoping this will change soon haha.

I am in Indiana at the moment, I am from California and am probably headed back there in 5 mnths or so when my lease is up. I am almost divorced and hoping to take control of my life. I want to be healthy and do things, Hike, dance, ride a roller coaster, simply live. I am 33years young and have my whole life ahead of me. I hope to take advantage of it. And hopefully this will help me do so.
