    Mandarin orange or oatmeal with fruit. I got creative the other day and tried to make banana/egg/oatmeal/blueberry pancakes. They just turned into mush but it was DELICIOUS! Hahaha!

    No problem! I try to exercise at least 5 days a week. Sometimes I make it sometimes I don't. I do about an hour. 30 min elliptical and 30 weights or calisthenics. My sugar cravings have gone way down since cutting out refined sugar. But I eat fruit..

    I also elliptical, use weights, and calisthenics for exercise. I aim for at least 5 days a week. I hope that helps. It's a bit of trial and error. Find what works best for you. You got this!!!!
