i am going to lose weight, i am also disabled. i had my accident 16 years ago and gained a lot of weight. got a tbi. i only weighed about 100lbs, before my accident. i need help in staying motivated. i am married with two grown children from my first marriage. now with my husband of 22 years. . .we know have 4 grandkids , 3 boys and 1 girl. ages 2-5. i have lost 75 lbs. as of now.
my husband is the best ever. i am in pain and itch daily. kind of sick of it. the pain has increased with ...

My Goals:
i have lost weight 73 pounds and counting, i am also disabled, tbi 15 yrs. ago and i would love to meet new people.

My Program:
 keep on my weight loss goal and to meet new people. pt 3 times a week,2 hours each session. keeps me busy.


Personal Information:
i am from flagstaff,az.i have been disabled for 15 years i have lost the weight i have put on. i would love
some motivation from some of you to continue on my journey.
i am also married to a wonderful loving guy.

Other Information:
 i like nonfiction books. i like to watch movies at home. enjoy my physical therapy 3x a week.happy day all. enjoy the day,be the best you can be i .have a wonderful life. am on vacation fro pt. been going fo 14 years. taking a year off or more, my memory is not good at all.

    TBI's are the PITS and unless has gone thru it or is close to someone they have no clue. I am thankful my brain aneurysm was discovered before it burst. We may of chatted before. Though the headache never ever goes away (it's 3 years in 9 days) the memory is the pits and my sight is affected, none of those stops me completely. But I know from the Brain Aneurysm group on FB I am an exception to the rule. Shoot many who have had the exact same surgery aren't doing as well. That you are here on SPARKS shows and ur deep love of course for your family,,, that you ARE a fighter!!

    No doubt _Warrior4life will reach out to you to say YES YES YES come onto the 5% With us. MANY who are disabled with so many various issues (I was in a power chair due to a car accident and genetics. Now though with over 120 lbs gone, I'm very active again. It took me EIGHT YEARS (last 2 I've been pretty much maintained). So yes PLEASE DO JOIN US!!
