Eat Clean. Train Mean. Live Lean.
Gearing up for 2013! Like everyone else right. But it's for reals for me! I've been living the "lifestyle" again for the past few months and have all intentions of making my dreams come true in 2013. Won't you join me.
I am down 13 pounds since
August 1st 166
December 10 153
Goal: July 7th my 44th birthday and 2 weeks from my daughters wedding -28 pounds

EVERY MUSCLE IS AN INVITATION AND WE SHOULD RSVP!!!
KEEP YOUR MEALS CLEAN AND YOUR WORKOUTS DIRTY!
Practice gratitude every day.
You Can Change Your Fate. Go After Your Life And All That You Want It To Be!
I’m still an immense work in progress. I will say, though, that the biggest step for me has been surrounding myself with a community - a community of like-minded people who love me but also challenge me. Other than my close family, I’ve never had much of a "we’re in it together" unity with others like I do right now, and I’m finding that that is priceless. It’s a necessity.
Only YOU can change YOU! No excuses!!
Hi, My name is Angie!
Making The Most Magnificent Version Of ME!!
Mindfulness is a powerful thing.
People tend to overestimate their activity and underestimate how much they eat.
Work Hard. Work Out. Eat Smart. Sleep Sound.
Pay it forward Studies show that people who approach life with a positive attitude are less stressed. Begin and end every day by making a mental list of the things for which you are grateful.
Live in the moment Accept that some things are out of your control. Rather than worrying about what will happen next week, next month or next year, focus on making decisions that will lead you in the direction of your goals.
Get organized Being disorganized can add to your stress level. Knowing where things are and reducing clutter lets you focus on the important things.
Pretty on the inside and constantly working on the outside.
This is another awesome linke to foods additives you should be aware of. Call it "chemical cuisine"....

SOUND MIND, SOUND BODY
Water your body! Water, Water, Water
Think positive. You are better than you think. Keep telling yourself every day, in every way, you’re better than you think:
“I am better than I think. I can do anything. I’m going to start now for a better life. I will be healthier, more youthful, fitter, stronger and I’ll build the most sensational lean body that has ever walked the planet. I’ll be enthusiastic in everything I do. I’ll appreciate every minute as though it’s my last. I’ll get rid of fat before it gets me.
The only way you can hurt your health and appearance is by eating junk food, failing to exercise or poisoning your body with foreign chemicals and drugs.
Believe it, achieve it. Say to yourself one last time, and mean it: “If it’s to be, it’s up to me.”
HOPE
There will be reasons why you can't - but for every one there is a reason why you will.
Move forward.
Be better today.
There are ups and downs, plateaus and set backs - these come with change.
Anything you do is likely better than what you have been doing. No one can do it for you.
*Everything that hasn't made sense to me, has formed me into the person I am.
SED: Strength training to preserve muscle mass, Exercise aerobically to burn fat, and your Diet should be healthy, calorie-controlled, and include heart-healthy fats
Healthy Lifestyle Goals:
*Hit the farmers market OFTEN
*Have my OWN garden, no matter how small
*Remember, it's impossible to be perfect
*Banish my sweatpants unless I WANT not NEED to wear them
*Take my piles of all my articles I have cut out from magazines for work out plans and organize/catagorize them into specific muscle groups into binders and USE them to keep my body guessing so I'm LEAN
*I won't let my feelings make me FAT
Personal Wants/Needs:
Play my piano again
Learn to play guitar
Write more letters AND mail them
Get organized, PERIOD!
Buy a camera!
Read my bible daily!
My Food Addiction:
Searching for comfort in all the wrong places. Most binges are connected with negative feelings. I'm upset, anxious, stressed so I divert my attention from whatever is causing me angst by eating. It takes the edge off similar to the way a drink does for alcoholics. This tactic is a temporary fix at best and only makes me feel worse in the long run. Afterwards I beat myself up and feel mad and guilty about what I just did which leads me to eat more t odeal with that distress. It's a vicious cycle.
