    Thank you for your response to my post a couple weeks ago about my water intake. At my weight, I really should have 17 cups a day. I average just that. I don't try to; it just works out that way. If I go 14 cups, I'm dehydrated with headaches. If I go 18 cups, I don't sleep through the night. 16 or 17 work perfectly. Btw, in relation to my post, I am losing the weight, now. It just took a couple weeks before the scale budged. I'm under 200, now! Yea!
