My goals for this Winter are:
1. Establish a daily routine of supplements.
2. Establish a daily habit of moving in ten minute increments.
3. Create 4 weeks of preplanned menus to rotate.
My Program:
DAILY:
~Pray
~walk
~nap
~Sleep 8 hours
~ Take supplements
~70+ grams protein day
MONTHLY:
~meet my daily goals more than 80% of the time
~Celebrate my journey with a reward day
~ Evaluate and modify my program as needed
