Becoming Healthy Is My Goal
My main goal right now is to become healthy. I'm doing it day by day - small steps. If I jump right into it as I have in the past, I will go back to my old habit. I am trying to make slow but steady changes by having good food choices and exercising at least 20 minutes per day.

No matter how great the temptation before us, God has promised us everything we need to walk in victory. (1 Cor. 10:13)
