    Hi Val,
what a sweet note you sent, we are so glad you are here.

You can still enjoy your cooking , just start counting the calories , and use a smaller plate , that helps me a lot.

I am so proud of you for getting remarried, and happy for you , you are a beautiful couple.

Now on with your healthy lifestyle, keep on sparking

Hugs Carol emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Hi, like your saying underneath this post! The points I have are an accumulation of two years of Sparking! Alas, not much weight loss. But I do have a much more healthy lifestyle. I do check in and spin the wheel everyday and you get a point for reading emails that you sign up for through Sparkpeople and for posting and huddling with your teams. That's about it. You will see them add up too! Have a great day!
