On PBS-Nova program a couple years ago, they followed 12 people who trained for the Boston Marathon through Tuffs University. They found that after doing a HALF marathon and then going on 4th months later to do the full marathon, that they had 90% of the health benefits doing the HALF and that they only got 10% more from doing the full, but ran a HUGE increase possible injury about doing the FULL. So, they strongly stopping at the HALF and not having the injury problem.

I, too, saw your comment on SPARKGUY's status and agree wholly with what DADDYS_GIRL6 said before me. Make sure that you have adjusted your caloric intake requirements as you lose weight. To do this, go into your goal weight & date settings section and just resave the information to adjust it. Also, do you log your food? Do you measure with something other than a scale? I went for three weeks where I actually gained weight but continued to lose 3 inches off my body. Scales can be our enemies.

Hi saw your comment to Sparkguys post. I don't know if staff will see it to help. I don't know for sure, if I can help but want you to know others *do* care.
First let me say, after reading your SP page, Wow!! Congrats on your success so far!! I am so proud of you!!
Since you have lost so much so far have your added your new weight to the Start page? You will have to do that to adjust your food intake and your amount of exercise. The less we weigh the more exercise we must do. That surprised me, but guess it is because we don't have all the weight we did have when exercising? :)
Please don't give up! Try some different things for yourself. We are all different and different things work for us too.
Ask on your teams if anyone has any suggestions. Someone may have learned somethings that will help you too!
    Blessings on your journey!
