These issues led to weight gain. At my heaviest I weighed 334lbs. Having lost 140lbs in 2 years and 7 i felt great, and then life happened again. A tornado ripped through my town, destroying our house, flipping our lives upside down. 4 months living in a hotel, eating out every meal, and then living in a trailer for another 4 months while a new house was built tok its toll. In a little under a year i had gained back 60lbs. Tack on extra stress and another 20lbs and i arrived at 260 ish lbs. Now with more stress in my life from other issues i know i cannnot afford to sit back and let life be in control. I used to be in control...I will be again. My goal is to get back down to about 190lbs, put on some muscle mass, and start enjoying life again. After being down this road before i know exactly what I need to do. Now i just need to take massive action. All the best, Brett
