    I left a message on your blog about how to calculate how much you need to eat in order to maintain - I'm not sure about the protein/carb ratio - I would post that question in the Message Boards after you have figured out your Daily Calorie Needs.     And I just remembered - if you track what you've eaten in the Nutrition tracker and then Run the Daily Nutrition Report it will show you what Spark recommends for all nutrients - carbs, protein, fat, vitamins and minerals etc. and whether you're over or under.

    What about weight maintenance? How many calories should a person maintaining their weight at 150 pounds take in? what is the carbohydrate, fat and protein count? Can someone help me?
