I am 28, my wife and I have two beautiful daughters (3 and a half and 18 months old). I have come a long way in my healthy lifestyle journey with many ups and downs. Way back in 2007/2008 I dropped from around 290lbs to 250lbs using sparkpeople. Over the years I gained some of that back until I recomitted to Sparkpeople and went from 268lbs to 203lbs in 2012-2014 but then gained back about 35 lbs once again after the birth of my second daughter and starting work full time. I am 28, my wife and I have two beautiful daughters (3 and a half and 18 months old). I have come a long way in my healthy lifestyle journey with many ups and downs. Way back in 2007/2008 I dropped from around 290lbs to 250lbs using sparkpeople. Over the years I gained some of that back until I recomitted to Sparkpeople and went from 268lbs to 203lbs in 2012-2014 but then gained back about 35 lbs once again after the birth of my second daughter and starting work full time. In November 2015 I got back on track and since then have dropped almost 20lbs to get within 20lbs of my major goal of 200lbs. I have learned to love running and long walks which make up most of my exercise routine. I am an Anglican/Episcopal Priest, and a huge fan of the Toronto Blue Jays!

To maintain a healthy life style. I want to drop my BMI into the healthy range and have about 20lbs to lose to make that a reality. I'd like to run a second half-marathon and best my initial time of 1:56:35.
