My name is Bree... I'm 35 yrs old and have been married for 13 years to my husband John. We have 4 beautiful children...Myka (9) and Josiah (8), Asa (4) and Eden (3). MY CURRENT PROGRAM: GOAL: Lose 10+lbs and get toned After losing 85lbs back in 2006-2007, I promised myself I would never let myself go again. After each of my babies were born, it became increasingly more difficult to lose weight. I had to be super strict with my diet and exercise. I am now a SAHM and workout early mornings to make sure it gets done. I need to start counting calories again but consistently exercise almost daily and only take the occasional rest day. I really need to get back to around 140 to feel comfortable which means I need to lose about 10lbs but my ultimate goal is to get toned and ripped! I am currently doing the Body Beast program and cardio on the rest days. MY SPARKPEOPLE SUCCESS STORY... In April 2006 I decided that I was sick of being heavy, disgusted by how I looked, and tired of being tired! I was at my heaviest weight after starting a new job where I sit at a computer all day. I started packing on the pounds when I would eat out every day... huge mountains of cheese fries, hot dogs, chips, JUNK! The last number I remember reading from the scale was 210bs! I started exercising very slowly by doing about 15 minutes of Tae Bo every other day. It took everything out of me to do it... I was exhausted after 10 minutes. Even though I grew up knowing how to eat healthfully and mindfully, I still felt like dieting meant starving myself or eating nothing but salads. I really leared how to completely change my lifestyle with the help of SP and my new diet buddies. I starting counting calories and learned what a real serving was; combined with regular exercise, my new way of eating allowed me to drop about 10lbs/month. I started weight lifting and doing other forms of cardio like Turbo Jam and jogging outside in the summer which gave me some variation and MUSCLE! YAY! I feels so good to be healthy!! I actually lost 70lbs between April and November, and have now kept it off for over a year! I found SP around May 2006 but didn't really start posting or taking advantage of the resources until the summer last year. I've really gotten to know some girls from the 10lbs Girls SparkTeam and a couple of us have even met recently. It's amazing the motivation we can offer each other! I look forward to talking with them every day; they're some of my closest friends. I've hit some bumps along the road and I haven't met my ultimate goal of 125lbs yet, but I have built character and endurance and I feel better than I have in a long time!

Cardio ~ Tae Bo or Turbo Jam (45-60 minutes), sometimes the treadmill gets put to good use.

    I always look at your page for motivation! I remember your first blog about finding out you were pregnant :o) I'm trying to lose the weight so I can get pregnant and have a healthier pregnancy than I would now. It's not easy- but you know that. Congrats - she is absolutely gorgeous. You are so lucky !
