Fitness Minutes: 912

My Goals:
I want to feel great about myself! I want to walk around with the up most confidence. I would love to lose 30 lbs in the next year and 6 more lbs my bf leaves for Iraq.

My Program:
 5am work out with jillian micheals 30 day shred. and work out at 5 pm to cardio kick boxing. Track 3 days a week.
