Introduction Text Restarted my SparkCoach program to the very beginning this week to get motivated again. I have been going in the wrong direction and when I went to the doctor this past week my blood pressure was high again. I had it under control with diet and exercise before so time to focus again. Apparently, I didn't learn or retain what I learned the first time through. When I do finally reach my goal I want to be able to maintain it. Seems like that might be the toughest part of all.

Walking my dog Exercising at home since all the gyms are closed. Hiking when time and weather permit
