I am a 50 year old lady. I have the spirit of a 30 year old, and the skin of a 40 year old. My weight is of a 60 year old. How do I get myself to balance out to be a 40 year old everything? Hah! I love SP, and try to track as much as I can. Thank you SP, this is a powerful tool if used wisely. **** 2/16/ 2021 Whewwww 1.8 pounds lost not gained! ** Restarted my Spark journey 2/9/2021! 4/26/2019 Try number three...three more pounds that my last try. Oh geez.
