I am a 63 year year young wife, mother, and grandmother of 3 boys. I love to camp,kayak, bike and enjoy life. I need to take charge and look on the outside as good as I feel on the inside.

Still struggling but never giving up! It has been a rough year, family issues, but things seem to be getting better and I am grateful. Just another test in life all depends on attitude to get through it.

December 31st. End of a very challenging year. I have survived and again lessons learned. I cannot wait for my new challenges.Setting goals and hitting goals.


1/13/18 Well just completed first week of retirement. Still feels weird. But plans are to enter a new journey, I gave myself one week and now I need to get busy.

07/01/2019
Retired again! Now to get busy on me. Some things have changed and I am able to focus on me again. Still taking one day at a time. The journey needs to go on.
Goal: 25 pounds to 12/31/2019 Long term.
Setting time line.

Well here we go again! At this point I just want to lose the 20 plus regained pounds, then hopefully get down from there.
I don't want to blame my age because that is not true. I worked hard to regain and keep these pounds!! HA HA.

Yikes I am 64, clock is ticking.
Went to gym his AM and am going to get back to swing of things. Careful eating followed for the day. I gave myself a green light to eat what I wanted and boy does it show.
Goal to 11/23 4 lbs.

Weight training 2 X week, walking 45 minutes most days.
1 spin workout per week.


My Program:
East 3 meals, 2 healthy snacks at regular times.

Exercise 5 to 7 times a week. 2 Strength and daily cardio.
