    Thanks for your comment on my spark page blog! It's so hard being a caretaker to someone with Alzheimers, I so get it! Through some weird family circumstances I'm my grandma's and it's tough. The transition from at home to nursing home is the worst!!

    I'm going to find out more about the Paleo diet. I have been watching youTube clips of Doug McGuff M.D. who wrote BODY BY SCIENCE and he teaches slow exercise to build muscle. He has had discussions with Dr. Mercola. He says as women we lose muscle after age 35 thus getting more fat. So we need to build muscle.
