I haven't had a drop of soda in 4 months. I cut out almost all processed foods. Lean red meat only one day a week. Nearly 10 more pounds lost! 1,500 calories a day. 50% carbs, 30% healthy fats, and 20% proteins!
If you couldn't already tell I'm super proud of myself for coming this far! I still have a ways to go before I reach 120 pounds but I'm confident that I'll reach it! #BeforeAndAfter
