Busy's Journey


I have been away for a while, but I'm back. I gained a lot of wait while I was away. I need to lose between 40 and 50 lbs. I'm Paleo and starting DDP yoga as well as walking. I had a foot injury (thus the weight gain), so I cannot do anything too strenuous. Since I started this round, I've lost 12 lbs. Quite a bit more to go.
