I’ve been frustrated because the weight loss has become slow, I have to remind myself that it is slowly trending downward. This last week I backed off. While i kept tracking I ate a little more and exercised less. My knee has been hurting and I gave it time to heal. After my last physical therapy appointment I’m doing better and I’m slowly bringing my exercise back. Please try to keep tracking and don’t worry about your points. Just track the nonzero foods. It will help you get back on track. I hate to see you give up. You’re a terrific lady and I have faith in you! 1078 days ago

Hey there!!!! I am just NOW replying to your comment from 4 months ago!!! Maybe you are or are not here right now but I'm checking in. I haven't been on my page for a while. I was using the mobile app for a long time but now I'm back on the computer to keep a full picture. I lost about 20 pounds last year and I want to lose another 10 so I'll be here.
