 1. Track my calories in-out.

2. Track my weight

3. Make fantastic healthy food everyday.

4. Take it day by day

5. Walk, Jump, Skip, Dance, Run and Laugh as much as possible.


Personal Information:
I am self employed in Iowa. I love, Love LOVE my life and my husband. I am the luckiest person in the whole world and I am going to treat my body and myself like it deserves to be treated.

    It is so cool that you are a vegetable farmer. On my lunch and dinner plates, I try to cover about half of them with veggies and fruit. Wouldn't it be great to just walk outside and pick them! I used to have a veggie garden until I became a full-time teacher, but you're making me think I've got to put some seeds in some dirt this spring. emoticon
