My Program:
 - low calorie, well rounded diet

- Get at least 30 minutes exercise everyday

- Drink at least 10 cups of water




Personal Information:
I started my weight loss journey about a year ago and am down 65 pounds. I joined SparkPeople in January to get some more motivation and resources. I have loved getting to know so many people on the site who share the same struggles as I do. I look forward to meeting more SparkFriends!
