Hi! The crust was easy. 4 eggs beaten, add 12 1/2 ounces mozzarella cheese, mix well. Poor on a coated pizza pan and bake for 15 minutes or until brown at 400 degrees :)

Hi, saw your reply on the community feed where I was advising about the scale. If you're weight really is stuck, it may help to add some high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to your workouts. Initially I would recommend tacking on 5-10 minutes at the end of one of your workouts. If you aren't familiar with HIIT, let me know and I can make some more specific recommendations about it.

The other suggestion (surprisingly) would be to try adding a high-calorie day or 2 in a week. Some people find this helps to do every few weeks; it wakes up the ol' metabolism. I don't mean binging or stuffing yourself, but eating a few hundred calories over your range by having some more calorie-dense food. This may sound counter-intuitive, but there are entire plans based on calorie cycling.

I do include the high calorie days, but I also do intermittent fasting (IF). Most days I go 14-16 hours without eating. I had to work up to that amount of time so I didn't feel miserably hungry. IF is not about starving or punishing yourself, but rather how it manipulates hormones (especially insulin, growth hormone, and hunger-signalling hormones). IF can improve insulin sensitivity, which is good for metabolism, and stimulates growth hormone release, which is good for increasing lean mass.

Let me know if you have any questions!
