    I write everything down if I am away from my computer, then come back and add it in. By the way, after weighing myself I found that I needed to lose 38 pounds, not 20. I was weighing in a little heavier than I originally thought! LOL

    Thanks for sharing this site with me. I was counting calories on my own and it is kind of tough to do when you have never done it before. I am completely motivated to hit my goals and been speed walking/jogging every evening. emoticon
