Introduction Text If everything in life was easy there would be no need for dedication, perseverance or commitment. I need to keep telling myself this. I'm not looking to be a size 2 or a run way model. I just want to be a healthier & happier ME!

Of course the ultimate goal is.....weight loss! But....I would like to break this down into smaller more attainable portions. So ... I am going to do this 5 lbs at a time!

I am going to TRY to eat healthier AND track my food daily. I will go to the gym 3 times a week. I REALLY need to cut back my sugar... thinking about doing the Atkins diet for a jump start of sorts to detox my sugar cravings and then possibly back to Weight Watchers.

My name is Cassie. I live in South Western Michigan with my family. Mother of 3 great kids 25, 18, & 14 - also a 5 yr old grandson! We love to camp & hang out with friends & family. I am a bit of a music freak - gotta have it playing most of the time! And almost ALL kinds of music. I love to cook, and entertain. I am also a big scrapbooker!
