Hey y'all!

I was born and raised in the Deep South and I currently reside in the PNW. Previously, I used SparkPeople throughout high school and although I had some success with it, I didn't stay committed to my fitness goals. I've recently decided to recommit for a multitude of reasons:

- Entering into my marriage to Nick while maintaining my physical, mental, and spiritual health

- Finding a community of people that's excited about healthy living

- Too many other reasons to mention

It's been hard to focus on my business, upcoming nuptials, and y'know a frickin' pandemic. All of the supportive people on SparkPeople have motivated me to meet my goals why not now?

My Goals:
{current} Small term healthy living goals: filling half of my plate with fruits and veggies, drinking more water every day, working out at least 4 days a week, lose 15 lbs, smile more, be strong

Long term goals: Lose 100+ lbs, inspiring other people to be healthy, feeling strong

My Program:
Right now, I'm focused on calorie counting, working out 4-5 times a week with a mix of yoga, cardio, HIIT, kickboxing, tai chi, and meditation (gotta get your mind right too).

Eventually, I would LOVE to have a personal trainer or group workout classes. Of course due to COVID-19 and

Other Information:
My favorite color is green.
Cannabis is just a really useful medicinal herb, v fun too. Legalize it.

    Wanting to refocus this Fall? The Biggest Loser Challenge is there for you! We have ten teams that compete with each other in Fitness and Nutrition Challenges designed to promote positive lifestyle changes and, of course, weight loss. There are different challenges each week for the duration of the challenge. Support and encouragement are an important aspect of the smaller individual teams. The larger team also gives you a chance to congratulate and get to know members from other teams. After all we are all in this together and together we are stronger. emoticon
