I'm tired of a number of things in 2019: of starting over, finding new reasons to not follow through, feeling sorry for myself, wishing things were different, being tired. I can't do it anymore. The energy surrounding this year feels different to me, and I know I'm finally ready to dedicate my time and energy to becoming the person I want to be.

I've set my goals - all vague, but important. I wanted to give myself some wiggle room so that I wouldn't be too hard on myself if I didn't reach the goal exactly as set. There are 5 in total and not all of them are health related, but all are meant to contribute to a higher quality of life.

My Goals:
1. Adopt a healthy lifestyle
2. Quit smoking
3. Go on more dates
4. Take more pictures
5. Learn to love myself


My Program:
I like to start slow because I know that if it's too difficult, I'll just stop. Once I get used to working out again, I'll start incorporating challenges. But for now, I'm focusing on doing yoga 3x/week. My second job allows me to get a few hours of walking in each night (5x/week). I meal prep on Sundays and pack healthy-ish lunches instead of eating fried chicken and fried vegetables at the cafeteria.



Personal Information:
I live with my super supportive boyfriend and our three fur children in South Carolina. We are terrible enablers as we both enjoy playing video games and eating pizza and fried chicken. We're also bad about telling one another "no" so if one of us isn't feeling motivated, the whole plan ends up being scrapped. But he's the peanut butter to my jelly so we've just got to learn to be better.

    It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
