1) Walk at least two miles per day. 2) Drink my eight or more glasses of water per day. 3) No carbonated drinks. Sniff sniff (loved my Coke Cola).

I live in the fantastic State of Washington, on the beautiful Kitsap peninsula. I love to travel, and married my perfect traveling companion. We are now retired and are just totally loving it!! It is a tough job, but someone has to do it!!
