A Healthier Me
I am wanting to be more healthier not just for myself but for my family. I have set myself some small goals. First goal is to have more endurance so that I can keep up with our son. Second goal is to lose the weight to get my blood pressure down and cholesterol down. Third goal is to lose the weight to look and feel better about myself overall.

My Goals:
I have been on my healthier journey since 2010 and I had fallen off the wagon back in 2011/2012 and back in Sept 2013 hit the restart button on Weight Watchers and switched to Simply Filling in Jan 2014 and have lost 34 lbs so far. My smaller goal is to get back under 200 to 180 where I was about the time I fell off the wagon. After that I will reset another goal.
My Program:
The program I am using is Weight Watchers and doing the Simply Filling portion of it. I mainly eat all power foods which include fresh fruits and veggies and lean proteins and whole grains and try to eat minimal processed foods and eat organic when I can. My exercise program has changed due to some health issues but involve walking on the treadmill and the exercise bike and will include swimming eventually and occasionally do the stair stepper.

I am married and live in VA.
Other Information:
I am a loving Christian wife and mother and love my family.
