Thanks for checking out my Sparkpage.
I'm a long time member of SPARKPEOPLE, having joined in May 2006.
Since joining I have gotten married (Jun 06) and had two daughters (Nov 07 and Feb 10).
Throughout most of this time, I have maintained a healthy weight, albeit at the high end of the BMI range for my height (5' 1.5").
After a long hiatus from spark people, I have come back. I'm up about 8 pounds from a weight I maintained ...

My Goals:
Live a healthier lifestyle, where baked goods such as muffins, cupcakes, pie, etc are for special occasions.
Lose weight to go from an overweight BMI to a healthy one (hoping for about 23-24 but will let my body decide). As a start, would like to get to my long-term weight of 132-134.
My Program:
1. Eating 1200-1550 calories daily.
2. Getting at least 160 mins of cardio per week and at least 1 weight training session. (I'm busy working mom of 2 young girls).
3. Trying to increase my H20 consumption

WoooHoo great loss this week!!! I did'nt lose this week and feel bad about it. I did increase exercise alot for me anyway and feel good being able to do more. Hopefully next week will be both diet and exercise!
