Introduction Text My theme song should be The Cars "Here She Comes Again" LOL for how many times have I left and returned to this site? So here I go again . . . hope to reach some goals and be a healthier and happier me. July 2017 - starting over AGAIN.

Goal #1: LOSE 10 LBS by January 31. I'll do this by drinking more water, exercising regularly and controlling my food portions. I'm going to get more sleep so I can get up earlier to exercise.

Live in Idaho . . . LOVE to scrapbook, make cards, read, and enjoy my family. I'm a Christian, P.E.O. , a mother, an artist, and a writer. I wish I could win the lottery so I could stay home full time and do the things I really love instead of going to my "day job" every day! I love football especially college level. Of course the BSU Broncos are my favorite team!!! I teach Sunday school and I'm active in PEO, my HOA and various other activities. There are NOT enough hours in the day, lol!

I've always struggled with food . . . I, like so many people, eat for way too many reasons. I'd like to make food a lower priority in my life and make living healthy a higher priority. I am really trying hard to stay AWAY from so much processed food.
