this is the road to finding me, being kind to me, and appreciating me so that i can be around a long time for my family. Its been a long journey but, so exciting! I have many tools in my toolbox. I journal, everyday. I keep track of my water, food, i write things i am grateful for, i write 1 thing that was a brightspot in my day, my goals and the steps i need to take to get there. I follow The Plant Paradox, i walk my dogs for good long walks, and i try extremely hard to stay present in the moment and positive. These are some of the things in my toolbox and so far together, they have helped me shed FIFTY POUNDS! Fifty more to go. It a slow journey and I am perfectly fine with that because slow weightloss tends to be long-term verses fast when it has come back and doubled! Thanks for stopping by!

My Goals:
my goals are to be thin enough to not worry about looking clumbsy or awkward and feeling subconscious. i just want to live a healthy life and not be so focussed on how fat i am! i want to be a good role model for my daughter and not give her my issues of body, weight and beauty.


My Program:
i am tracking my food. drinking my water. and eating as healthy as I can. i am having low carbs as i am a carb addict. I am a vegetarian working my way to be a vegan...it's a long hard road for me. and i am promising to at least walk the dogs every night. it's a start....



Personal Information:
i'm a massachusettes girl although i graduated high school in Florida and then came right back up north. i am very passionate about my family , animals, and nature.


Other Information:
i've been down this road before- i lost 60lbs. but i got cocky and thought i could stay in front of it. this time i will remind myself constantly that i can not handle being set free to eat what i want cuz "i can just take it right back off". i will remain humble and aware that i have a food addiction that must be tackled and not left unchecked!
