    Gosh Guys....
    Been AWAY from the DIET THING. NOT MOTIVATED ENOUGH and the EATING has me BACK to my STARTING WEIGHT......YUK!!!!!
    NEED to stay hooked UP to SPARK PEOPLE......
    EATING the RIGHT WAY and MOVING AROUND some----gave me the energy I NEEDED...
    ANYWAY---I'M BACK as of TODAY 7/1/07

    You can do it ... for just one day! You have a dog to walk, you feel better when you exercise, you love yard work. Make a list of all the reasons to stick with it. Make another list of activities or forms of exercise you like. Copy those lists and paste them on the fridge, on your bathroom mirror, and anywhere else you want. Make a goal of say just TEN MINUTES a day. Check off the box on SparkPeople when you've done it. Do it just one day at a time. I bet you'll find you're doing MORE than 10 minutes a day. If you stumble, learn from it, reach out like you did to me today and get back up!
