58 yrs. 4 children, 1 grandchild Finally got to retire! Not working sure works for me!! Worked on the crisis line for 20 years. Sexual assault advocate. Care giver. Now, i'm just do whatever I feel like, or don't feel like, haha, doing!! Well, I have decided to go back to work. Working at an all female recovery shelter. It gets intense, but its tolerable. When you are surrounded by so many females, you know it's going to be challenging sometimes.

My goal is to lose 8 lbs and just get in better shape and get healthier. 6-12-12...As of today I am just a under 5 lbs from goal. Geez...it only took me a few years!!! Sister sabotage! Goal weight reached.

I am working out 5-6 days a week. I do strength training 2-3 times a week. I try to stay within 1200-1400 calories a day. Drink lots of water and ugh...coffee
