My Goals:
My goal is to bring down my cholesterol so that I don't have to take medication for it. I've been on the lowest dose for about 3 years. I know that if I bring the weight down, that will help. Also, during my last doctor visit, my doctor said he wants to keep an eye on my blood pressure. I don't like to take meds, so.....this program helps hold me accountable. Of course, the weight loss will be so big in my eyes (better in my eyes than big on my thighs!). I'm trying to not focus on losing weight for outer beauty but for inner health. Of course the outer beauty will definitely be a nice perk!
My Program:
I'm trying to excercise everyday. At least 30 minutes of aerobic.
Personal Information:
I have 4 adult children living in different states (Kentucky, Ohio, Texas). I have 2 granddaughters in KY, 2 in OH & 1 on the way in TX. I work at a university as a financial aid administrator & love my job. It's quite stressful at times but very gratifying.
Other Information:
I love to dance, be around people, challenges & going places. I love conversation. I don't know a stranger (I get that from my dad).
