I just turned 50 in 2011 and found myself always feeling tired, sore back, hips, legs and knees.....time for a lifestyle change. I have 4 kids and 3 in grandsons. I LOVE spending time with them but find that I really needed more energy to keep up with the eldest.........so this was the beginning of my journey.
June 29, 2011 - 10 lbs and not sure if it's that's noticeable but I'm starting to feel better.
May 11, 2012 - it has been almost a year and even though I will not reached my weight loss goal, I feel sooo much better. I am still so happy to have lost 25 pounds in the last year and am exercising fairly regularly.....I have become a zumba freak....LOVE it! ......lol

My Program:
Taking the puppies for a walk each day was a part of my new beginning....now I am doing zumba twice a week & doing some walking.
WII Active, Gold's Gym, Zumba & Zumba II as needed. :)
Need to do more:
WATER, WATER & WATER!

I enjoy spending time with my family and grandsons.
My husband & I also have 2 puppies....Wille & Halo....crazy, I know!
I also enjoy cake decorating (just an amateur), jewellery making, knitting and crocheting.....and I LOVE zumba! :)
